a lovely escape!

prime location quiet neighborhood proactive service
i really valued the prime location, so close to downtown. i found the neighborhood very quiet,. the room was clean, and i found the beds genuinely comfy. i appreciated the proactive service!

the room had plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. spares were available at the reception area. i was given key cards and shown how to properly enter and exit the hotel. parking information was provided too.

The staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations. the room had complimentary tea and coffee. i found the location convenient. It was a short walk to many local shops. it was easy to get around from there.
I noticed the walls could use some fresh paint. It's a very minor point.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms

The location is fantastic. It is just a short walk to major attractions. The staff were helpful. They assisted with directions and local information. I found free, easy parking close to the city center which was very useful. The room was clean. All the listed facilities worked perfectly.
The noise from the main road was noticeable, especially with emergency vehicles passing through.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, only a few minutes away. I walked to the cathedral in about five minutes. The neighborhood felt quiet .

The location was great. It was just beyond the city walls, so it was easy to find. The rooms were also nice (i appreciated the decor). The bed provided great comfort.
The plumbing posed a problem. The toilets smelled bad each day. The shower temperature was challenging to control. I think the bedding could have been better.

The room was clean. It had complimentary water, which i appreciated. The location was central and close to nearby parking. Friendly staff assisted me (they were very helpful). The shower worked well too.
The walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from other guests in the hallway.

the room was clean and tidy the towels were of good quality and size the cuppa tray was well stocked i found complimentary shower gel shampoo and conditioner i stayed in a standard triple room
i found the location a bit noisy due to being on a main route
